22 participants of the 3rd STEP batch had the opportunity to visit the Link Natural factory and to learn more about career development and gain first-hand experience of a non-apparel industry.

The group had the opportunity to get an overview of the industry and key products, along with the history of the company and some of its key business challenges. The highlight of the trip was when the team listened to the CEO of Link Natural Mrs. Roshani Moraes, who spoke on various aspects of career development. It was an eye-opening experience for all participants as they got to learn about how these skills can be applied in their professional life.
