The launch of the inaugural Associate to Staff Development Programme (ATS) took place on the 5th of July 2023.

ATS is a pioneering initiative, meticulously crafted to equip our potential associates with the essential staff-grade knowledge and skills they need to excel in their careers. With this programme, we’re nurturing future leaders who will drive our success story forward. The journey began with the first two inaugural batches, focusing on 90 associates of Brandix Fast Fashion and Brandix Casual wear. Together, we’re laying the foundation for greatness!
